Search \ Case \ Items Tab \ Reports Box \ Persons
If you would like to run a Report showing specific Persons, first select the Items you’re interested in.
Next, check the Select People checkbox and finally choose the Report you would like to run.
You will then be able to select the People you'd like on the report. Simply check them and click Run Report.
After the report is generated, if programmed into the Report Builder, depending on how your Administrator has set up your report, you may see the Person you’ve selected, their Address, Person Type etc. appearing on the report.
