SAFE Mobile App - Adding an Item

After logging in to the SAFE Mobile App, if you click the 3 horizontal bars in the top lefthand corner of your screen, you'll be taken to the Nav Menu.
You may then click Add Item


Anything with a red asterisk is a required field in the SAFE Mobile App
You may search for a Case by clicking the magnifying glass. Once chosen, you may proceed.
Next, enter an Item Category from the dropdown menu.
You may then proceed to enter Recovered By, Recovered At, Recovery Time Date, Description, and Custody Reason, etc.

When finished, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save.


Entering an Item after entering a Case

After initial Case entry, you may click the Items icon at the bottom of the screen.


Your Case number will be pre-populated.

You may enter an Item Category from the dropdown menu.
You may then proceed to enter Recovered By, Recovered At, Recovery Time Date, Description, and Custody Reason, etc.
When finished, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save.


Your Item will then be displayed.


You may select your Item by 'holding down on it'.
Once selected, it will turn a shade of blue.
At this point, you may perform a Transaction on the Item(s) you've chosen.
