SAFE Mobile App - Discrepancy Reports

After logging in to the SAFE Mobile App, if you click the 3 horizontal bars in the top lefthand corner of your screen, you'll be taken to the Nav Menu.
You may then click Discrepancy Reports to run a Discrepancy Report which can be used for accreditation, for example.

On the Discrepancy Reports screen, you will be shown Active Discrepancy Reports that have been stored in the system.
You may now simply click the blue circle with the white plus sign to get started.

First, enter a required Discrepancy Report Name.

Next, enter a required Storage Location to Audit.
If you click the dropdown menu, a partial list of Storage Locations will appear.

You may also choose to Scan a Storage Location Barcode.

To do this, click Scan Location and scan the Storage Location Barcode.

After manually entering a Storage Location, or scanning a Storage Location Barcode, click Start.

You may now begin scanning Item Barcodes from that particular Storage Location.
To do this, click the Camera Icon to open your phone's camera and use it as a Scanner.
When you are finished scanning all Items, click Run Report or Save Progress

Once you run your Discrepancy Report, it will be generated, and you will be shown the following:
You may click the piece of paper with a pencil to the right of the Item Barcode field to see details of that Item.
You may click the piece of paper with a pencil to the right of the Note field to add Notes to any Discrepancies that were found.
If you'd like to Print your Discrepancy Report, that can be accomplished by logging in to the Web Application, saving your report as a .pdf and then printing it out.

If you click the 3 horizontal bars in the top lefthand corner of your screen, you'll be taken back to the Nav Menu.
You may then click Discrepancy Reports to go back to the Discrepancy Reports screen where you can see the Discrepancy report which was created.
If you would like to View a Discrepancy Report, click the light-blue piece of paper or the report name.
However, if you would like to Hide a Discrepancy Report from view, click the light-blue eye with the line through it.

You will then see a 'pop-up' asking Would you like to hide this report?

Choosing 'Yes' will hide the report from view.
However, if you click Hidden, your Discrepancy Report will be shown.
