Clear Cache & Hard Reload

First, note the version that you are currently running. The version can be found in the lower right hand portion of any page in the application.

Chrome

In Chrome please follow these steps in order to clear cache and hard reload.

In the upper right part of your browser there are 3 vertical dots. Click the dots, and choose Developer Tools.

Now, Go to the refresh button in the upper left part of your browser. Right click and choose Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

Confirm that the last digit of the version has incremented.

Internet Explorer 11

First, we strongly suggest you do not use IE11 and instead use Chrome, Edge or some other web browser.
But if you must, then go to the settings cog in the upper right portion of the browser. Choose Internet Options.

In the Internet Options dialog, from the General Tab, choose Delete in the Browsing History section.
