Minor Features

  • #4984 ⁃ CoC Print Issue - In a multi office setup, client that has items in a case that belong to many different offices. So, while rare, there may be a case with 10 items and all 10 items are in a different office. Therefore, if I am in office X, every other item shows a grey checkbox. This means, I can't print a CoC report because I can't select those other items. Resolution: We have removed the grey box for each item so that you can now select any item in the list. However, we put a * (star) next to each item so as to indicate that you can't run transactions outside of the office that you are in.

App Updates

  • #4620 ⁃ Mobile App must check that user is logged in when it wakes up. This is so the user isn't kicked out after doing something like a scan.

  • #4964 ⁃ App Case Entry / Edit - You can now create and edit cases in the mobile app.

  • #5141 ⁃ Design Change For Apple Barcode Check - Remove the green checkbox on item scan and set grid to change color.

  • #5195 ⁃ Signature change - The signature is extremely small and illegible when you sign on the app and you look it up on a computer.

  • #5230 ⁃ App: Manually enter a scan - Need a option to manually enter a barcode (type it in) from the scan screen on the app.
