  • #3519 ⁃ Store Media against Tasks
    You now have the ability to store media against a Task. Create or open a Task and go to the Media tab to upload media.

Minor Features

  • #2356 ⁃ Transaction Lookup
    Chain of Custody records now have a link to the Transaction ID with hyperlink to view all items in that transaction. Technical Details: 1. Go to any Case that contains Items. 2. Go to Case Items tab, select one or several Items, perform any type of transaction (Check Out / Disposal / Transfer / Move / Check In). 3. Go to Item view page of one of the Items -> Chain of Custody tab Find a new column 'Transaction Id' in a grid. It should contain a button with a number (id) as a caption. 5. By clicking on the button a modal window will open (see on the screenshot). This window shows a list of Items that are affected by that transaction.

  • #2995 ⁃ Search with multiple Offices (add and remove button)
    For any client with multiple offices, the search pages now contain a option to add or remove all offices. This prevents you from having to remove or add one at a time.

  • #2998 ⁃ Discrepancy Report Pagination
    Discrepancy reports now have pagination to prevent loading hundreds of reports at a time (assuming you have hundreds of reports).

    "A user that does not have attach permissions for tags should not be able to type values in the tags field for mass update. There is nothing in the ui that lets the user know they do not have permissions to attach a tag. They can type any value in the field, then select OK to save, and the item saves with no new tag."

Go to Search➤ Cases➤ Select any case. 4. Click on Reports➤ 'Chain of Custody with Legacy Fluid' report. 4. Observe Actual Result : unknown error is displayed: Expected Result: Report should be displayed without issues
      • Note: Same behavior on other reports on DEV. ex: Search for Case# 2018-0622-02 and try to use all reports it will throw the same issue (Unknown error). We checked all these issues and did regression testing for all reports.

    "Go to Org -> Settings -> Field Settings - Set item Description field to hidden - Add an item to a case -Select this item in list and choose ""Split Item"" The parent description field on this screen is required, but will be blank because of field setting. This will prohibit user from saving new item: Test Scenarios: 1.) Item Description HIDDEN - Go To Field Settings -> Items and set Description to hidden - Add an item to a case - Select the added item and choose ""Split Item"" - The field for parent item description will not be shown, user can check Confirm Duplicate box and save. - The items list will show the child/parent item icons in the split history column. - Click the icons and the pop up will just show Org Item # 2.) Item Description Visible - Go To Field Settings -> Items and set Description to visible - Add an item to a case - Select the added item and choose ""Split Item"" - The field for parent item description will be shown (with parent description value displayed), user can check Confirm Duplicate box and save. - The items list will show the child/parent item icons in the split history column. - Click the icons and the pop up will show Org Item # , Description for child/parent item(s) 3.) Expected Result: All fields should be avaliable in the report builder
    • Note: The Dev Server does not match the QA server for report builder list; in the dev server I cannot show/see the column named 'Is template'. So we need to check that both servers have latest build.
    • Same issue with Cases: Tags field is not avaliable to be added on the reprt builder in case was set to visible"

Actual Result: the following fields are not available: - Recovered At. = RecoveryLocation - Recovered BY. = RecoveredById - Custody Reason. ? (see comments) - Tags. NOT USED Expected Result: These fields should be available in the mapping drop down list.
    • NOTE: Additions Bar-Codes is displayed as Extra bar codes. so we need to match the exact naming."

  • #3532 ⁃ [Data Import] Unable to import data for 'items' in case disabling the fields.
    "Steps to Reproduce: 1.Login to the application. 2. Go to Settings ➤ Organizations ➤ 'Fields Settings' tab ➤ 'Items' drop down list. 3. Make sure that all fields are HIDDEN. 4. Go to: Tools➤ Data Import. 5. Upload file then select it and click NEXT button. 6. Make sure that all fields that were disabled are not mapped by selecting '-Do not import' option. 7. Click Next(Save) button. 8. Observe. Actual Result: You will get the following errors about the following fields are not mapped although there were set by default to '-Do not import' option: - RecoveryDate field is not mapped! - CustodyReason field is not mapped! - RecoveredById field is not mapped! - CurrentOfficeId field is not mapped! - DateCreated field is not mapped! Note: I have attached the file I am using for importing For Testing: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login to the application. 2. Goto Settings in the left side Menu ➤ Click on Organizations ➤ In Org Settings Page click on Field settings. 3. In the Field settings page, click on Item drop-down list and disable all fields. 4. Goto Settings in the left side Menu ➤ Click on Tools ➤ Data-Import. 5. In the data import page upload the Item-import file and click on Next button. 4. In the map-fields page, make sure all the disabled fields are not mapped by 'Do not import'-option and click on Next(Save) button. 5. Under flat import page click on Import button and Observe. Expected Result: The Item-import file should be successfully imported. Actual Result: Item import-file is successfully imported."

Click on 'Next(Save)' button. - 10. and Also check the message says: 'RecoveredById field is not mapped!' Although we tried to skip this field by not importing it. Actual Result: Observe the error is displayed and Also check the message says: 'RecoveredById field is not mapped!' Although we tried to skip this field by not importing it. Expected Result: The data import should work fine. For Testing: Steps to Reproduce: - 1. Login to the application. 2. Goto Settings in the left side Menu ➤ Click on Organizations ➤ In Org Settings Page click on Field settings. 3. In the Field settings page, click on Item drop-down list and enable all fields. 4. Goto Settings in the left side Menu ➤ Click on Tools ➤ Data-Import. 5. On data import page upload the Item-import file and click on Next button. 4. In the Map-fields page ➤ click on Next(Save) button. 5. Under flat import page click on Import button and Observe. Expected Result: The Item-import file should be successfully imported.     Review Date and Review Date notes are part of disable fields feature. Review date is necessary for all cases in an org when auto dispo is turned on. We should either : - not hide these fields- save a proper date value for review date even when the field is hiddenI am removing these fields because we already show/hide them depending on AutoDispo - if it is off, Review Date and Notes are hidden

    Only show this on the login screen if the entry in the database is less than 30 minutes old. No reason to show something that is hours old. I am guessing this is what causes this message to come up on my login all the time.
