Employee Name Change (Marriage)

If a User/Employee undergoes a name change, possibly due to marriage, change their name in Settings \ User Admin.

After doing this, any Cases they have previously entered will reflect their new name.

1. You may perform a Search of the User/Employee's Cases you're interested in (pre-name change) by going to Search \ Cases and entering their name in the Case Officer field.


A list of the Cases will then be displayed.


2. Next, go into Settings \ User Admin.


3. Select the User/Employee you're interested in and click Edit.


4. The Edit User page will then be displayed.


5. Change the User's Name and Email address etc. to reflect the new changes. Then click Ok.


6. You may now perform a Search of the User/Employee's Cases you're interested in (post-name change) by going to Search \ Cases and entering their new name in the Case Officer field.


7. The User/Employee's Name has now been changed on all Cases.
