Before logging in for the first time

For security reasons, the software requires the use of a supported web browser, this will help minimize security vulnerabilities. It is recommended you make sure your Users are using the newest version of any web browser and also suggested keeping it up to date by configuring it to perform automatic updates. You may also perform manual updates on a regular basis in addition to automatic updates to double check you are up to date.

If you are using an unsupported web browser (such as Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 9), and see the following screen, please update your browser before continuing!

We also suggest updating whatever Operating System you are using to a supported one. For example, Microsoft Windows XP is no longer supported, while Windows 10 mainstream support will continue until October 13, 2020. Finally, it goes without saying, always keep your antivirus, firewall etc. software up to date!
